2. LICENSE
DesignGalaxy grants you a nonexclusive license to use the web templates and other products sold on www.DesignGalaxy.com (the "Products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "License").

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may only use each individual product on a single website. In order to use a DesignGalaxy product on more than one website, you must purchase sufficient copies of each product for the number of websites desired.

b) MODIFICATIONS
You may make any modification(s) needed to tailor each DesignGalaxy product you purchase to you’re your individual purposes, provided, however, that you may not resell the modified DesignGalaxy product without the prior written consent of DesignGalaxy.com.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not copy any DesignGalaxy.com product, whether modified or unmodified, onto a diskette, CD, DVD, website or any other medium or offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of DesignGalaxy.com.

d) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this License to anyone else without the prior written consent of DesignGalaxy.com.

e) OWNERSHIP
You acknowledge that DesignGalaxy.com is the sole owner of all of the intellectual property rights in and to the designs, templates, icons, software, trade marks, and service marks associated with DesignGalaxy’s products whether or not modified by you.  By your purchase and use of any DesignGalaxy.com design, template, icon, or software, you hereby assign any and all intellectual property rights you may have in any modifications you may make to any DesignGalaxy design, template, icon, or software.

f) REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales final. DesignGalaxy.com does not issue refunds.  However, DesignGalaxy.com will replace one time only any damaged file with an undamaged copy of that file, upon request.

DesignGalaxy products are provided on an "as is" basis only without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall DesignGalaxy.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
